They ask questions such as this: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=ArhcN.NqA13CRDk2DBeP57bpy6IX?qid=20070326235228AAoqOWt

Look, people with mental issues, whether defined as retardation or not, can work, drive, shop, manage money and even run businesses. However, like the spectrum of colors radiated by the Sun, there are mild handicaps to severe mental disabilities. It's really hard in answering this question to give you an exact answer.

With some people, you can tell just by looking at them that they experience mental incapacity. With others, it's the way they talk.

Anyone who is mildly retarded is quite capable of holding down a job, especially if they are given lots of support and encouragement and any mental disability they may have is not dwelled upon. They may be a little slower with their reactions to daily events, but that doesn't matter.

spelling what as whut might be a sign, they can be so mildly retarded that you wouldnt notice to so severly that they cant talk or eat by themselves, the iq level is what sets mild retardation apart from just kind of stupid.
