Did your god design women to bleed and cry on the first go around? If so, why? Does he like watching them suffer that much?

And does he really enjoy watching some men freak out, out of fear he's just hurt someone badly?

Sexual purity? I'd prefer she knows what the hell she's doing.

It's it obvious? IF the universe and all life was designed, it was done so by an malevolent being. Malevolent Design, not Intelligent Design fits more with the nature of reality. Life is not all sweet and lightness. Nature can be a savage ***** at times.

Interesting tidbit of info for Christians claiming that the hymen is placed there to keep women pure. The hymen is not unique to humans. It occurs in horses, whales, moles, mole-rats, hyenas, and other animals. So what, is your god trying to punish mole-rats for Eve's eating the forbidden fruit too? Is he trying to keep whales and horses pure for marriage? Come on.

Evolution is the only logical explanation for all of this.

I want to say that this is part of the punishment for sin that God discusses in Genesis when He tells Eve that she will have pain in child-bearing. I don't belive that God gets any enjoyment out of seeing anyone suffer (just read the gospels and you'll see Jesus weeping over man's death and sorrow).

If you are married and you're having sex for the first time then the man needs to be sensetive to this and be very gentle and caring the first time around. That can serve to be a great start to the sexual part of a husband and wife's relationship (even if it is painful).

God designed things perfectly. We screwed them up when Adam sinned and sin came into the world. The reason the world has so much suffering is because God allows us free choice. He is God, can do whatever He wants, and decided he wants a race that can consciously choose to love and serve Him, instead of just robots.

Pain and suffering has a purpose in that it can form character in us. That's why you may notice that people who have had everything easy their whole lives can come off as "spoiled brats" and sometimes have a hard time making it in the "real world."

How we react to pain is the key. If you believe in God and Jesus His Son, and have had a real conversion experience where you have completely surrendered to Him, He can give you the grace to react in a way that brings life, not death.

I don't think Squishy's creepy, he seems normal to me........

What if God does want a sexually pure mole rat? It just makes the idea of beastiality less sinful, that is if they have something in common with human women. You know, some dudes just don't like the sight of blood and women bleed every month anyway, so I don't see what it's hurting.

Today is Bad Lamby day...... I'm moody, out of caffeine.

Another silly question that I will take seriously.

God created women with a piece of skin across their vagina as a symbol of sexual purity. In otherwords he was saying No ACCESS until he says it is okay (marriage) As far as men freaking out...unless it is her husband...he should freak out. He has just taken something from the woman that will never be replaced. It is the only skin on the body that does not rejuvinate. If he is her husband, then he can take pride in being the first and hopefully only. It is the greatest gift any woman can bring to the man she loves.

LOL - i didn't have a clue what you were talking about until i read the answers! (blonde moment)
as loki said, many other creatures have hymens, it's an evolution thing, not a "god wanted to keep you pure" thing. my hymen didn't break until after a year or so after my first time.
and yes, god likes watching people suffer, but it's usually the christians who suffer the most because they are so concerned about the afterlife

You know when a woman gets older (I'm talking around 25ish) her hymen won't break during intercourse unless it is very rough and callous(the intercourse that is). Especially if she is interested (lubricated) and ready. Infact the more "ready" a mature woman is, the less likely there will be tears.

If you think about it, sex is meant to be enjoyed in a monogomous, concentual relationship between two adults. Ideally, the woman would have chosen her mate and he would have chosen her - they would be happy and comfortable with each other and both interested when the time for sex came. The man would be kind, gentle, and sensitive to the woman's reactions. The woman would be excited and well prepared (physically) for sex, thus drastically reducing (or even eliminating) the possibility for vaginal tears during intercourse...

I assume you are referring to sex. What does it have to do with intelligent design? you sounds a little creepy to me. my first time I only felt a little pressure and it stung a little and there was hardly any blood at all. The pleasure was much greater than any pain. It certainly didn't make me cry. It sounds like you didn't know what the hell you was doing. Which has nothing to do with God.

Actually, if I remember my bible correctly, the bleeding and the pain during childbirth came after god kicked them out of paradise when they are the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The man got sentenced to work on the land or something, and the woman got this crap.

Gods work is the lifeless (i.e. Mountains, Stars, Oceans, Clouds) is quite good.

Gods work in living creatures is quite pathetic , sub-standard & lacking in any sort of planning or quality.

Apart from his flawed planning his management is also not to the mark.

As he is a witness to everything , he is witness to rape, genocide, muder etc etc ........ He watches but does nothing , He can stop the crime, but abstains ......... Hence by law he is guilty of the crime as by being a witness & not using reasonable power to stop the crime ........ He is a partner in crime.
