It is my birthday 2day and my bf didnt remember this morning (its 9am here) when do u think i should tell him, it is not a big deal to me it is not like im angry or anything about it.

Tell him as soon as possible. Don't make too big a deal of it but don't let him get away with it completely. Make sure he squirms a little bit so he'll remember next time.

Please remember that some people are busy, or just forgetful. Maybe when you told him, he had a busy day. Or he could have written it down and forgotten. Some people are just that way. If you wait until it's too late, you will make him feel like sh*t. He will NEVER believe that it's okay. He will be 100% sure that you will never trust him again.
It doesn't matter if you are not mad. If you wait to tell him, you are showing him that you are really angry with him. If you weren't angry, you would tell him and let him fix his mistake while there is still time.
I am of course assuming that he did actually just forget.
And please remember what I said above. If you don't tell him, you are telling him that you are really angry and that he is no good.

Don't tell him it's your birthday. Just pout all day long and he won't know what you're mad about. Besides, if it doesn't really matter, why do you want him to know?
