PLEASE HELP ME LOOSE WEIGHT! i really need to loose weight!! my goal weight is 120-125 pounds.

Exercising, and eating healthy. :]

For exercise I recommend you to do yoga, because it is relaxing and you get a workout. You can buy some yoga tapes from places such as a grocery store that is a super-center, or you can join a yoga group.

For eating healthy you should get more fiber in your diet, like try eating bananas, or low-fat muffins. Also get more calcium in your diet!

To lose weight you must first understand your bad eating habits. If you tend to lay around after dinner and snack all nite watching tv, you can start by changing your lifesyle somewhat so you have activities to take the place of some of your idle time. Second, most of us eat too many carbs for the activities we do. Try to reduce your complex carbohydrate intake somewhat and replace it with healthier snacks such as fruit and yogurts.
Starving your self is not the answer and a diet like that never lasts for most people. Instead make a few lifestyle changes to increase your activities during your idle times and make some small changes to what you eat. Abstaining from junkfood, soda and white bread is also a good to consider if you are serious. So try to increase activity , make some small changes to your snacking,and lower your carbohydrate intake . This is a good place to start.
Basic rule of thumb is to lose weight you must eat less calories than you burn in a day . This is achieved by either cutting back your eating, reducing empty calories of junk food, or increasing your calorie burning with increased activity. ( Muscle burns much more calories than fat does)

just stop eating (dont go anorexic), eat a meal and a half each day and be sure it includes veggie, fruit, meat, milk 2%

only one plate no greater than 12 inches wide and do not stack the food up on it for each meal

always fidget and move when just sitting around and do stuff that you do not think of food (such as having fun)

exercise if possible, sweating only reduces the water in your body and you will lose a few pounds but be dehydrated, exercising along with less food should take off the weight

it's better u ask a doctor but as an advice cause i use it my self and i took result i offer u that in the morning before eating breakfast drink 2 glass of water and eat 10g cheese by piece of bread which it shouldn't be bigger than your hands breadth with a cup of tea.
at 10 try to ear fruit but not banana it has a lot of calorie.
be for your launch drink 2 cup of water with an apple,your launch should be very very small if u have a bread not again more than hand breadth,if rice just 6spoon.
try to do not eating dinner but be for night in the evening a cup of milk with 2/3biscuits.or salad.
if in the day u felt Hungary very much each time eat but very small.
don't forget sport,1 hour a day or walking.
eating tart thing help u very much for burning fats,don't forget them in the day.they r full of C vitamin.
don't eat ice cream at all and sweet thing a lot.
hope u become slim very soon

You need to watch your calorie intake.

This has worked for me.

Set a daily calorie goal for yourself. Usually an ideal goal to lose a health amount of weight each week is between 1400 and 1800 calories a day.

It sucks counting calories but it did work for me!

Also, slimfast makes it easier. Drink a shake for breakfast, a meal bar for lunch. They even have snacks. Then eat a sensible meal.

You'll be to your ideal weight in no time!

this is a question i used to ask a lot!
in short, to loose weight you should cut down on unhealthy and unwanted snacks. Cut down on junk food. Exercise is also a huge contributor to loosing weight. But you should eat a well balanced diet.
Its best if u consult a professional if you are that desperate to loose weight.

The key is choosing something you can stick with and enjoy. There are two things you should definitely consider:
1. Exercise
2. Diet

Choose a method of exercise that you enjoy, be it weight lifting (great for girls, too), jogging, sprints (HIIT anyone?), cardio equipment (elliptical trainers, treadmills), biking...anything!

And of course for diet, do not switch to salads and water if you do not think you can stick to it. Hell, I still go to McDonald's and Taco Bell and Wendy's. I just no longer order burgers or anything with beef or fries! Grilled chicken is where it's at. Don't be afraid of names, be afraid of types of foods! Choose lean meat (chicken, steak) over fatty meat (ground beef, sausage), whole grains over processed foods, water/tea over soda/juice. And try to take a good multi vitamin to help your body out with everything it needs to do.

Losing weight is just the beginning. A healthy lifestyle change should be your ultimate goal, and weight loss will be just one of many beneficial byproducts.

The easiest way to reduce your weight is to begin cutting out eating the 'unnecessary' foods. Starchy foods. Sodas. Candy. Chips. Sweets of any kind. Excessive bread or potatoes. Eat 3 meals a day.
Breakfast; eggs..juice. toast. bananas. yogurt. some cereals. oatmeal.
Lunch; milk. soups. grill cheeses. light meat sandwiches. No Fries.No chips. Salads with chucken or plain and fat free dressings. fruit )small bowl).
Dinner: Small protein portion; fish or chiken or tofu.
green leafy vegetables; a variety to choose from. limit your butter. No margarines. Only Olive oil to cook with (even your eggs).
small desserts: like a pudding, or slice of pound cake, or low fat type desserts.
A little research, will help you find foods that a good for you and low in the bad fat that makes people fat.

All food burns energy (calories) when you digest it EXCEPT foods that whose primary ingredient is : Fat.

You can look on any package and see the protein count vs. calories, vs grams of fat.
Butter, milk, cheese, are high in fat, but it's good fat. In fact, eating good fats helps you burn up bad fats. So don't cut the good ones out.
Eggs make a great snack (hard boiled)you can carry one in your bag, and thye are very low in calories, high protein--when you need a lift or get tired.
Carry a banana or apple to help curb your appetite between meals. Other great fruits are cantalopes and grapefruit.
Soy milk is a great alternative to milk, in that you get high protein, NO FAT, compared to milk (lots of fat).
Nutritional Education is the key to finding your perfect weight, in my opinion. You have to find out which foods work for you and which ones make you fat or lethargic or whatever?good luck.

The best thing to do is definitely run. Start at a mile a day and work yourself up. Go up one mile every week until you get to ten. Remember that you should do this about 3 times a week.
