Call the customer service number, they will usually figure out a way to decipher those PINs and codes. You will have to prove to them that you legally purchased and own the card before, they can even help you. If it was a gift card, then contact the purchaser to give you info. on the card.

You are not supposed to keep the pin. You should memorize it and not save it. If you can't use the card because you have forgotten the pin you could get another card which will give you another pin number.

Just call your visa card company up and ask them to change it right alway. They will mail you a new pin and you can even tell them what pin you want. You might have to wait for it in the mail first b4 you can change it to what you like it to be.
