this wont be easy. i know, i could never trust again someone who i did put my trust into. i think if you are really being sincere you could write to her as words on paper do make more of an impact as you have them staring at you. if she wants to beleive you again then she will. good luck.

a really good friend of mine he was kindof like a brother 2 me well anyways he had been rude lately and i think its bcuz he told me he liked me and i sayed i liked him as a GREAT friend but that was like a year b4 this so i was REALLy confused. So he started being 2 rude 2 b around and 1 day he said the rudest meaniest things in the owrld and i just was rude 2 him anthen he wanted 2 b my friend again he hurt me real bad and i didnt know if i should let him in but after a while of him starting from the begong and working his way back up he has almost gained my trust back...he hasnt gotten back 2 where he was though but i no he will b soon. so just wait and talk 2 her and dont b defensive then start over as if u were just begining 2 b her friend again

Uh.. What did you do? Its hard to trust someone when they did something to ruin that trust but i guess you have to prove to her that she can really trust you now.. Theres a 50/50 chance she would back tho.

actually once trust is broken you can never really get i back.. she might still have just a little sceptacism as to whether you are telling the truth or not.. and it will continue as long as you are together..

let her know what you do all day so she can start to trust you if you cheated then that hard to get back but if you lied then let her know everything so she can know and not feel that you are lying again
