anyone who lives in L.A know a good place where i can get a hair cut? i'm thinking "side swept bangs".

pfft if all u want is bangs u can pretty much do that urself, cut them slightly angling down (very slight angle!) from either ur usual part or where u want the bangs to be ie. the point where u will always style them. once u have cut them then lift them straight in the air, once the lower layer falls down, cut them in the same style of angle as u did before. this will help layer them and not look so choppy. or if they are still wet at this point lift them up, being sure to comb straight from the roots and cut off a few millimetres. tada side swept bangs.
