Wow...so patronizing, do you talk to everyone like your superior to them? I assume you are religious, you sure are humble, please talk down to me more...

Well, being very close to evangelical Christian circles, I can answer to this video as most evangelicals would. The video, while I understand it's point, missed the message that the writer of Psalms was trying to explain. When he called people who believed in no God "fools", that has nothing to do with their intelligence or skill, but their character. Often, people with great accomplishments become prideful, and deny their need for God. A fool can be an extremely intelligent person. Second, the passage that says man can "do no good" is basic Christian theology that is true of nearly every denomination. Christians believe in what is called "the depravity of man", that man is uncapable of doing good. Everything about humans is failing and breaking down (hence our need for God), and even giving a billion dollars to charity or taking a bullet for another is not enough to make someone "good" in God's eyes. While Christians are to strive for Godliness so as to be an example to others, nothing they can do will make them "good" without the assistance of God. I hope that answers your question.
Also: two of the reasons prision populations have a high number of people who believe in God is largley because of the uneducated nature of most inmates (atheism is the religion of western intellectual society) and because missionaries are very effective at converting prisoners (who see very plainly their wrong and their need for forgiveness)

While I enjoyed learning that many people I already admired were also Atheists did make me happy, I'm afraid I can't get behind this as an actual logical defense, at least in an even vaguely comprehensive sense. All it did was demonstrate that a couple of the mentions we got it the Bible were wrong.

LOVE IT! there is no psychical PROOF that god exists, and all of our brilliant minds of this earth are atheists> If they were religious, we'd still be sitting in the dark, banging our siblings, waiting for a god to make stuff happen for us. Those people that are marked as geniuses really are because they believed in themselves and not some imaginary creature. Scientific proof is what I need.
