I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what but I haven't even been asked out on a date in more than a year. I'm tall, slender, and frankly- not unattractive. You know that look a guy gives you when he's interested? Well I get that alot, but then they never come up and talk to me! I'm too shy to make the first move and in the South I tend to favor a guy making the first move anyways. I'm not really a club/bar kind of girl either. So what should I do or do differently? I just wish I'd find my special someone already.

just be you, if that aint enough then they arent worth your time, at least thats my view on the subject, then again i cant speak from experience myself, the main difference between you and me that i can see is you're a female, im a guy, only im 22. i dont worry about it, i guess if it happens for me it happens if not oh well, life goes on.

I know fate will bring you and this man together and sometimes you have to move outside your comfort zone or take more oppotunities. But this man will come.
Remember don't rush this process. Your still young and have plenty of time to find a man. You will know when the right man comes along. If you don't date someone in one year don't panic just go along with the ride. Enjoy being single and be patient, wait for that man.
