Black stains? First you have to determine what may be causing this strange affliction.
Is it something your body is reacting to?
Is it something that may be rubbing off and staining your skin?
Is it related to growth of moles/freckles?
The first two are easily corrected. While the last requires some serious consideration by a qualified Dermatologist. It could be something as simple as a very strange allergic reaction to the type of laundry detergent you use to something your body is producing as a result of something in your diet to something very serious like skin cancer. Anyway you look at this, YOU NEED TO GO TO A DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I can't stress this enough to you.

The black stain shouldn't be much concern. Unless it last for an extended amount of time. 4 or so days should give the dye time to dissolve or the skin irritation to go away. Use neosporin as a topical. Also most fungi that infect the skin are called dermatophytes and fall within three main genera: Epidermophyton,
Microsporum, and Trichophyton. Most fungi that infect hair are
within the Microsporum and Trichophyton genera. Piedra is a
superficial mycosis of the hair shaft. There are two varieties of
piedra: black piedra (Figure 5-1), caused by Piedraia hortae, and
white piedra, caused by Trichosporon beigelii. Tinea nigra is a superficial infection of the epidermis caused by Phaeoannellomyces werneckii (Exophiala werneckii). There are also deep fungal infections of skin that are uncommon except in immunocompromised patients.

I think it may be caused by the thighs rubbing together. No offensive. I know because it happened to me once. I am alittle over weight and I was in a swimsuit all day once at a water park and by the time I went home, I seriously couldnt walk one step further once I made it home. It was very painful. In between my legs in the thigh area was just utter pain. I think its because the skin there is very soft.I was wearing black shorts so maybe that's where the black came from. It went away after a few days. I think its called chaffting something like that. I hope that helped!

most people have dark areas between legs and even under arms. most probably its because of an organism called Malassezia furfur. treatment is by using an antifungal cream called Clotrimazole as an acive ingredient. ( Canesten Cream). in many cases it's because of friction when walking and humidity. try to reduce weight especially in the thighs area. you'll be able to wear your swim suit very soon. cheer up!
