I don't know why, but it just has always freaked me out. I've never actually known twins, but whenever i see two of them together, i just start freaking out. and I have never been afraid of anything, not even death, but it's just something aobut twins that gets to me. It only happens when I see both of them together. I would get like help, but i'm so embarrased. how can i get rid of this phobia?

I suggest that consciously befriend with few identical twins,you could have a couple of friends with you when you meet them so that you can feel confident and comfortable. Once you know that they are harmless and sweet you will be able to overcome this phobia.If it still persists consult a psychologist

go up to a pair of twins pretend one of them is a fat old man with a long beard and the other a hot supermodel 18 year old girl, and properly meet them anounce you name and let them do the same

kinda creepy that they are identical.
but maybe you should meet soem and get to know them.
i have been friends with twins before, they are two completely different people lol.
no need in trippin.. they are just human like you and I.
