we work together and i know sooner or later he is going to ask me out. i can tell the way he looks at me and he drops me off at home after work.

dating in the work place is a very bad move when it doesn't work out its terrible if you have a tiff it ends up common news for the work place not good. Keep your private life right away from work that's my advice

Working relationships aren't so good, i watch my mate who has dated a few of the girls at his work and it never lasts for long because they ended up having expectations of where it's going to go and he's so laid back kind of guy, so the girls end up giving him evils the boy give him a high 5 and the boss gets concerned because there is so much tension in the air, eventually the girls end up leaving and another moves in for him to have a crack at.

I dated a fella I worked with and we married. Because we worked together; all we talked about was work (which was too much) and sometimes he was jealous because a fellow employee was flirting with me. We saw one another too much because we drove to work together and then working together. Those type of things were a problem so I quit working with him. So if one of you didn't mind to change jobs it should be ok. We all need our indivuality.

not a good idea....if you go out with him and then a month later break up....you still got to see him every day!!!!!
