Normally I take good care of my hair, but recently my hair stylist colored it and it feels so gross and straw-like and frizzy and poofy. Obviously, I don't expect miracles, but what can help repair my hair the quickest? Money isn't that much of a consideration as long as it works. But then again, I don't want someone to tell me that the only thing that will work costs $15 an ounce or something.

Wella makes a great color-safe deep hydrating mask that you can use every other day. You can get a huge bottle for 20 bucks at Wal-Mart, it will last for a few months at least.

The other option is a $25 kit sold in salons with a 4 week treatment, I think it is made by Biosilk. It was given to me after a student destroyed my hair last year. I had to cut an inch off the ends for prior damage, but after the treatment, it was fine.

Both work wonders.
You could also try the Pantene Age Reversal line, as it has deep conditioners, silicone to smooth & protect, and is gentle enough to use on your fragile hair.
Whatever you do, do not shampoo your hair every day! Wash every other day, and on off days, rinse it thoroughly and use conditioner.

Hope you are turning heads for all the right reasons again soon!

try something natural and its cost effective
1ripened banana + 1/2 alvocado ripe also (u'd b amazed at how many would use a hard one)
2 tablespoons plain organic yogurt
2 teaspoons extra virgin Olive Oil
just the tip of the teaspoon of organic honey
Mix all in a high speed blender. Pour over your hair and cover with a plastic cap and warm towel. Leave on for one hour or more if desired.
Shampoo out with a good quality moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. this should help......also u might wanna try mayo or egg.......just leaave these on ur hair like u would the banana mix wash out and

Everyone is giving you different opinions, all hair types are different. But I have been in your situation before and I preferred sunsilk. You can buy it at walmart. Its not expensive and it makes your hair silky smooth! Another good one might be herbal essences, but after using that for a long period of time your hair becomes amune to it. I hope this helps.

Get a hair cut, you can't repair hair if its damaged and in need of a cut. Try taking some hair, skin and nail vitamins to boost your hair growth and quality. You can get those vitamins anywhere.

pantene pro - v restorative 5 min conditioner. it's like silk. I wouldn't recommend to constantly use pantene after a while, your hair gets used to it and stops becoming soft. I love love garnier fructis length and strength. Honestly it makes your hair like silk and 5xs stronger. But definitely use the pantene deep conditioner first. use it every 4ish days.
