It doesnt cost money to exercise and to put less food in your mouth.
go for a run or walk, do sit ups, push ups - theres a million things you can do.
there is no problem with your mother giving you healthier food to eat or smaller amounts. this sounds like an excuse. You do not have to change her habits, she does not have to cook you a seperate mean - she just changes what and how much she puts on your plate. if shes cooking veges - no gravy thanks mom! its not difficult.

1) Just be patient and grateful that your dad is willing to pay for your membership. Until then, just go jogging around the park! It IS springtime ya know! Walking to the gym is a great warmup, do that!
2) Learn to cook; every guy has to do this at some point, you may as well start now. It's really not that difficult, I promise! You can buy a cook book, download recipes off the internet, and practice practice practice. Your future wife will LOVE you for being able to cook!
3) Going vegetarian is a very healthy idea, and great for weight loss! Just make sure you eat stuff that will make up for the protein defecit you have (like beans and legumes)

Its quite easy and also comes within budget...
Well if you want to lose weight, I suggest that you should drink lots and lots of water and green leafy vegetables of your choice this will make you feel full and will help you to drop appetite and inturn, you'll not only lose weight but also your complexion and your skin would be benifited a lot. I also recommend yoga, aerobics or any light exercise you're comfortable with.
Good Luck! ^ ^

Besides watching what you eat, walk places rather than taking car or public transport whenever possible, even if you just get off a stop early and walk the rest of the way. Running is free, but you have to wear trainers/sneakers. Jumping jacks and push ups and sit ups and a lot of other strength and endurance exercises are effective and cheap as you are simply using your own body weight as resistance. Look up circuit training exercises, these are mostly equipment free and are good exercise, plus running. Cans of food or bottles of water can be used as small weights if you find yourself needing them.

well, if you have to walk to the gym you'll burn more calories.
you can go to youtube and look at exersize video examples if you want to start working out at home. easy to do if you know a few moves.
as far as the food goes, you'll be better off in life if you learn how to cook a bit. ask your mom to help you out - she'll be thrilled. and if she is willing to change some of what your family eats that;s good for them! i highly recommend writing eveything you eat down in a journal and taking the 10 minutes to do the math and figure out what your current calorie intake is. there are calorie counters online. do this for a few days to see what you eat and where you can easily cut out calories. and doing the research now on what specific foods are good for you will set you up to make smart choices forever.
if you have to eat out or with family, eat less, and drink lots of water before and while eating to keep yourself hydrated and feeling more full. also, eating a green salad with light dressing before meals greatly reduces the number of calories yo end up taking in because you're full of the good stuff first.
go vegetarian if you want - but if you limit the meat you eat to skinless chicken and fish, you will still get all the benefits of eating light and all the protein you need to build muscle when you go to the gym.
remember, if you pick healthier items you can eat way more every day and still lose weight.

ok this is easy...start jogging and walking now to get you prepared for the gym, you cant go from a couch potato to a body builder instantly you know.
as far as the food goes , eat less and cut back on things like gravies and sauces......also help your mom out in the kitchen so you can learn to cook to (or go one step further and help with the grocery shopping as well) ...also i dont know how old your parents are but im assuming at least 40 ish or maybe older, so if you start eating healthier your mom and dad may pick up on it and decide on their own to change their habits.......at that age alot of health concerns start coming into play.
my mom and dad when i was a kid ate alot of fried foods and things like that that were extremely unhealthy, mostly because with kids it was the path of least resistance....as we got older and they did too they changed their habits, they are 60 now ( a bit older than your parents im sure) but they never eat fried food, seldom eat red meat and when they do its extremely lean cuts .......and eat a ton of green veggies. there are lots of healthy foods you can eat that still taste good. my husband ate nothing but fast food when i met him and he eats only home cooked now and im a nutritionist so everything i cook is extremely healthy...i manage to keep him and 3 kids happy at meal times.
the best thing to remember is you dont need some fancy diet..fat calories should be less than 10% of your daily intake. eat more hdl (high density lipoprotein) and less ldl (low density lipoprotein) aka saturated fats ( this should be less than 1/3 of your total fat.....and watch for the simple sugars ...eat whole grains, raw sugars etc.....lots of fiber and make sure you are getting a variety or green and orange veggies. and substitute water for any soda you drink...water cleanses plus you are cutting 140 calories per 12 oz can out of your diet. also make sure you eat breakfast.....it kick starts your metabolism for the day. there are plenty of websites that can provide more detailed info on the stuff i just said....google any of those words and it will tell you more about it. or you can contact me for more info

OK I've answered this before.
PLEASE try to STOP eating WHEN you are NOT HUNGRY anymore. NOT WHEN you are FULL,
BUT when you are not feeling hungry.
If you listen to yourself you will know when to stop, after a while it becomes a habit.
GOOD-LUCK
