A guy asked me out and I said I didn't know,now he is going out with another girl, is going out with to make me jelous? or do you think that he really got over me that fast?(it was about a 2 week period)

You gotta be honest with yourself first. You wanna go out with or you wanna do that just coz he is dating someone else now. If you are really interested, then asking this question makes sense, otherwise its just your ego playing with your heart and mind. Wait and see how their relationship progresses, if he is into her, then you should move on and forget the whole thing. But if he is doing this to make you jealous, then his relationship with that girl will soon fizzle out. its a Wait and watch game.. in the meantime... just live your life to the fullest!.. best of luck!
