The only word I can think of with that many Us every letter is unununium (one of the elements on the periodic table--#111 or something like that). However, it doesn't fit and I know it isn't the answer . . . this is a good riddle. What's the first letter?

You wanted three different consonants but have provided space for four. I presume four is correct.
One word that fills the blanks is CUMULUS with 4 different consonants but its meaning is different from what you expected.

Is it: Dubuque? It's a place (a city in Iowa) and a person (the person it was named after, Julien Dubuque). I can't think of it as a thing, though.
