I have the same problem and I hate exercising, but it's necessary. If you absolutely have no time, adjust your schedule. Instead of using the elevator, use the stairs. Drink water instead of soda. Eat smaller meals. Really, though, I don't think there's any way around exercising and at least it'll give you more energy and become easier once you make the time for it, but you need to want to do it.

When you're at your desk you can SQUEEZE your butt cheeks together really hard, and HOLD IT as long as you can! Then relax for a couple of seconds and do it again! Do it all day long for as long as you are sitting! If you don't have time to go to the gym, there are other things you can do to stay at least a little fit; park far away from your building so you have to walk. Also, take the stairs to your office instead of the elevator. Try not to eat any of the donughts, cake, cookies, etc. that are commonly in the workplace.

No honey, if it's flabby then you need to exercise. If you think of burning calories, which sounds like a diet of some kind, then you'll get more flabby.

I'll trade you for the answer to "how do I make money without working or even getting out of bed?" Stop eating garbage.
