I wouldn't worry about it. If it sticks around for a while and changes, then have a doctor take a look at it.

From the National Cancer Institute, the 7 warning signs of cancer are--
C- Change in bowel or bladder habits
A- A sore that does not heal
U- Unusual bleeding or discharge
T- Thickening or lump in breast or elsewhere
I- Indigestion or Dysphagia (difficult or painful swallowing)
O- Obvious change in wart or mole
N- Nagging cough or hoarseness

Actually there are oil glands on the nipples that can look like pimples. I have a few of them, and aside from looking funny, there isn't actually anything wrong.
