I was watching HGTV the other nite and there was these, foam self adhesive group fo circles that where painted in a varitey of colors and stuck to the wall, and it was moveable you could re arrage them and make a new design. I have looked this up online and came up with wall pops and wallies...but I'm not a kid and I want something abstract, any ideas on an low budget art project like that? thanks a million! :)

You can buy repositionable glue in bottle or spray form and make your own shapes from foam, wood, paper or plastic which you can get at some place like Michael's fairly cheap.
