I'm from Puerto Rico, and I can tell you that "La Inter" as we call it here, is not the best university in PR. I can say that the best private university for Engineering and Business Administration is the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, located in San Juan. But just remember, like every other private University, it is very expensive. Last I heard it was about $175 /credit... So maybe you might consider the University of Puerto Rico.. it's $40 per credit, and it's more challenging. A lot of people say that the "Poly" is easy... but I don't know.. I guess you have to see it for yourself.

To be honest with you...people who goes to a private University in Puerto Rico is because their grades and scores are not good enough to get into University of PR. That's the truth. But it is good though!
My advice..if can get in to UPR do it! It has a better reputation when it comes to employers.
