Hehe... that's hilarious :) Just let him do it, he's only playing. My dog likes to bark at the mirror. It's the funniest thing you ever saw :)
If it distracts him from eating or peeing or something like that, have him checked out. Otherwise don't worry about it, just laugh :)

its like a young child.. he's just become aware of the existance of a shadow..
my dogs all went through this.. They slowly become used to it and ignore it after some time.. but its sure amusing to watch until then.

Because he's goofy. He thinks its going to get him. He will probably figure it out sooner or later but if not just show all your friends the great trick you taught your dog.

maybe he has special abilities and can see visions of something, other dog's spirits maybe... like in 6th sense or so.....
