If a guy is sitting near you and everytime you pass things to each other your fingers touch how do you know if he is fliritng or its an accident? Also, if this guy is always taking the liberty of tickling my baby nephew whenever he is on my lap,is this normal if someone isn't into the person holding him?Thank you!

It is definately a flirt, he just does not know how to take it to the next step. If you like him help him out, if you dont then give him dirty looks when he makes advances. And yes it is an advance. He's testing the waters.

Honestly......whoever this person is, is trying to reach, scratch find, something that just isn't there.
I think this person might like this guy therefor is looking for any sign that he might like her back.
Both the touching whiles passing something, &tickling the baby is coincedental, done without thought or deliberation.

Does the curve of his lips say "hey baby..."?
lol! I have found it incredibly annoying to wonder about these things myself, so I would pin him up against a wall and ask him "WTF?"
