If you have prepared the area for the use of the blackhead extractor, it works in most cases. Preparing means softening the area by steam, or taking a warm shower for l5 minutes, which relaxes the pores, then using the blackhead extractor. The extractor prevents finger nails from fingers that are trying to squeeze out the blackhead from damaging surrounding tissue. The extractor puts even pressure all around and does not leave the marks that squeezing fingers do. So, YES it works.

Yes, they work wonders. I have a spoon tool (where it's more of a thicker, rounder circle on the end w/ a hole in the middle) & it works just fine. Always make sure that you've opened your pores (can do so with hot water) and don't force any blackheads out. Biore Pore Strips work great too.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

I have one, and it does work on SOME blackheads, and the others it just doesn't seem to work because of the area (like crease of chin or crease around nose). I feel like alpha hydroxy acids and exfoliation work a lot better. It does take more time to rid yourself of them this way, but they don't seem to return if you keep the routine up.
