Try Redken All Soft... my hairdresser recommended it to me, as my hair was actually crispy from being colored so often. It's worked wonders for me... I use the shampoo and regular conditioner regularly, and the heavy cream (deep conditioner) weekly now... in the beginning I used the heavy cream every 2 days to give my hair a moisture boost - the salon products really are worth the money!!!

I'm not sure if breakage is a problem for you (it was for me after months of bleaching my hair), but if it is, also get Redken Extreme anti-snap... it seems to have strengthened my hair and I don't have small pieces break off anymore!!! As an added bonus, it smells absolutely delicious!!!

Anything for dry/damaged hair. Herbal Essences is good. You'll want to get a deep conditioner and probably leave-in conditioner, as well. For the deep conditioner, you could use Redken All Soft Heavy Cream or Aussie has 3 Minute Miracle... both work well, it depends on how much you want to/can spend. Put it on after you shower, wrap your hair in a towel, and let it soak in for a while. You can leave it on longer than the bottle says. Considering how much you've done to it in a week, I would leave it on 45 minutes to an hour. Then you can spray some leave-in conditioner on after you rinse it out. Again for that, go with Herbal Essences. Also consider getting it cut, or at least trimmed ASAP. Stay away from heat styling. And, please, DON'T dye it so often in a week again! It's soooo damaging to your hair!!! The next time you're going to dye it, prepare your hair by making sure it's strong, healthy, and hydrated... do lots of deep conditiong treatments 2-3 weeks before dying it.

fortifying conditioner for everyday use is good along with shampoo for dry/damaged hair.
make sure to maintain a trim now and then for healthier hair and dry a hot oil treatment at home or a deep conditioning at the salon.
Also, Aussie makes a great 3 minute miracle conditioner and it isn't too expensive.

Hi, there! I recommend Mane 'n Tail Deep Conditioning Shampoo & Conditioner. It works well when used regularly. I used the product for my hair and now my hair is stronger, thicker & shinier.

no you need a desperate deep deep moisturising treatment!

Go to the hairdressers, get them to put a salon treatment through and then ask them to recommend a really good treatment as well as a moisture lock shampoo or conditioner or repair treatment conditioner.

Also dont bother with any other products other than salon prodcuts.

Lanza makes a 5 step conditioner. It is the best I have ever used .YOU see results before they leave the salon. You would have to go to a salon that uses Lanza products.
