Hey. I try and eat as much as I can. I don;t eat loads, but eat as much as an athlete, yet I am painfully thin. I tried weights and bought all that protein stuff, for several months, with no effect.
I am 6ft tall and only weigh 10 stones, my waist is probably 30 or 28 inches. I would not mind getting fat as that makes it easier to put on muscle, but can't even manage that. Kind of pissed off in a way. I am trying my hardest to put on weight and get jokes that I look anorexic.
I drink a lot and smoke a lot, but if anything drinking a lot should help me put on weight not make me look like a smack head.
Being in this shape makes me mad with people trying to lose weight. Here I am all skin and bone and others are stuffing themselves. So easy for them to turn that fat into muscle but I am screwed as I can't seem to develop and extra muscle even after working out for months.
