I can't get to the doctor for a few days so I was wondering if you could enforce my suspicions of bronchitis. My mom had it for a few weeks right before I came back to school from spring break.

I'm figuring this is what I have. Any suggestions on what meds to take before getting my antibiotics?

i believe that you are having a severe case of the springtime allergies... this time of year I always get sick like that. Not so much here in Georgia, but when I lived in Colorado there was just something that bloomed and was in the air that would ALWAYS knock me down and out for a couple of weeks, like the flu!! I think it is just allergies... Have you felt like this before? Was it around the same time as last year?

Ok, thats just my unproffesional opinion...

Feel better!!

Sounds like a cold to me. Why do you think bronchitis? If you truely think bronchitis you need to see the doc now and not in a couple days as by then it could have turned into pneumonia.

over 90% of upper respiratory infections are viral. taking abx will only help create more resistant bugs.
take some alka selzer plus and push on through it. if it gets worse, fever over 101 or you have no improvement in your symptoms over the next week, then go to the dr.

It should be an infection, you got by your Mother. Do same what your Mother did to get rid of it.

Its probably the cold/flu. Only your doctor can diagnose you because we cannot run any tests.
