Gringo Loco = White american crazy man. (Woman= Gringa Loca)

Blanco Loco = Crazy white man (Blanca Loca does not apply, since Blanca is a very common hispanic name for females).

Gringuito Loco = it emphasizes the "boy" aspect, with the diminutive "it" in between Gring and o (masculine suffix).

Hope it helps!
