Many males need a way to physically work off their temper.
This means you should encourage him to (at least once a day) go out and do something physical: lift weights, bicycle, play basketball, create art, fish, dance, etc...
Also please know that certain actions men think will reduce temper can actually increase it. Hitting walls for example makes a temper worse. Any motion that is stopped makes temper worse (like when you hit a wall your hand comes in contact with the wall and therfore you are stopped, you cannot follow through all the way), stomping is another example of this. This means punching bags are not a good idea to control anger. Any circular motion such as swimming and bicycling reduces anger.
Another mood reducer is music. Any type of music really as long as it isn't too much. Whatever genre you listen to, rather he listens to, just make sure it is the lighter side of it.
He might also benefit from getting involved in some organization, community organization, school club etc... If he feels he's being treated unfairly often it will give him personal strength to be part of an organization that is making a difference, where he has a voice.

It appears like you opt to do some thing lively to alleviate your pressure, pass for a run jointly or have a pastime of badminton or squash, some thing you want- the feeling of relax you get afterwards is bliss and its more suitable interesting with a more ideal 1/2.

go out of your way to make him feel special; if you're doing somkething together, do all the work he normally does. agree with him about how unfair things are. treat him more often. it may sound like a lot, but if you're still with him after having put up with all this, it should be no problem. good stamina! and good luck.

its depends if you if you want to be emotionally driven or physically driven. If you want to be emotionally driven towards him then listen and just let him know you are there to help and you are not only there to be his girlfriend but to also be his best friend. If you want the physical well sex is a big stress reliever and you both can get a lot of stress out and both relax after you are done it always helps

Give him a good shoulder rub. Then if you are into aromatheraphy, try using lavender oils to calm his nerves. Let him have a soothing bath with roses and some essential oils. It should make him relax and feel better.

Tell him that if he continues to yell like that around the house then you are going to stay somewhere else for a day. What if you guys were planning on having kids ? Verbal abuse isn't good at all.

it's probably just his personality.
talk to him. try and understand why he's so upset...
my boyfriend gets that way sometimes. he used to be a lot worse. it's a guy thing, to an extent. most of the time, it's just the testosterone (sp?) doing it's thing. but there's circumstances that might have happened to him early in life which caused him to not be so trusting. in which case, anger is the only form of emotion he feels comfortable with expressing sometimes. you know?
with my boyfriend, i just talk to him. occasionally when he gets really mad over something stupid, like a game, i just stay away. or let him yell and vent (not at me, but moreso to me?) and just nod and let him know it's fine and i'm listening.

He needs to take a course in anger management. You can't help him. Leave him. He will never be good material.
