Losing weight speedily is such a lot frequently a signal of a few form of sickness. The healthiest diets propose you lose among five to ten kilos a month, so wasting 6 kilos per week isn't precisely a well factor in your immune method or your frame mostly. I could seek advice with a healthcare professional to be certain you have no intestinal sicknesses or in any other case, and in addition take into account speaking with a healthcare professional approximately a more fit vitamin/meal plan.

You should lose around 90lbs. This should take about 90weeks or almost two years. Losing more than a pound a week is not recommended and will destroy your motivation because it's just not realistic. You didn't gain all the weight in 6 months so don't think it will come off in 6 months. Good luck.

160 would be an acceptable weight. I would say it should take about 8 months to a year to lose the weight in a healthy way, which means about 1-2 pound weight loss per week.

You should weigh about 160 pounds. But you have to factor int things like if you have alot of mucsle or if you are large boned, also what size to you wear? For example I am 5'5 and weigh 155 pounds, have a good amount of muscle,am medium boned and wear a size eight. So technically I am overweight but I am normal sized and healthy, good blood pressure and cholestoral. So, you kind of have to use your own judgement. Hope this helps.
