Um, honey........I think you need professional help because wanting to be a size zero is not really healthy in a physical way and a mental way. Being a size 2 is abnormal for you age. I think you should concentrate on being a normal healthy teenager instead of mimicking the celebrities on TV. Their not even real people. They are pressured to be that abnormally skinny just to please the camera. Come on, get real, do you really want to be a size zero? Thats ridiculous.

Size 0? Why in Gods name would you want to be a size zero? Young girls have this misconception that men like "skinny" girls and yes, some do, but the majority like meat on the bones! My suggestion is this..look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful. Stop obsessing over your image and start focusing on your school work; not even a size 0 waist looks good without an education.

I think that you should focus more on the fact that you should work out to be HEALTHY rather than to get thinner. If you're already thin, stop worrying about getting thinner. That means you have a problem.
Yes - we like meat on the bones. Not a lot, but some. I'd say a size 2-4 is ideal. It all depends on your height, though.

hon, RELAX most women WANT to get down to a size two!!!!! you havent told us anything else about your body type though... are you really tall? are you just a big girl, like just tall and muscular all over? you're only 13, you'll grow into your bod, just keep excercising and have patience! the lower % of fat, the harder it is to lose and keep off, so you'll need to wait longer to see the results. chill, seriously, if it gives you any happiness, you're smaller than me! hah. im a 3...so there. ; ] be happy

well sweet heart look you are only 13 your body stills in a process of changes your body in not totally grown already so it needs many energy to go thru those changes and if you dont eat i don't think you could be healthy enough. i recommend to drink as much water is possible exercise 1 hour and eat healthy (including meat or how-ta f_ _k are you going to get enough protein)and then dont worry wait till you are about16 to see how your body develops

Size 0 is sick. You need to get some help for your body image problems as they seem out of control already. Ask your mother to take you to the doc to get help before it is too late.
