What??????
Are you crazy?????
I have been where you are at and did get married at 15 and 17 with parental consent. We grew very far apart by the time I was 20. So there I was with a divorce and 2 kids.
Those kids are now 34 and 31 and they hate me because I wasn't around.
You see, I was alot like you...I wanted what I wanted no matter how irrational my intentions and actions were.
Here's the bottom line...If you really truly love this girl, then do the right thing...honor her and her family and show yourself to be a well balanced person. Eloping underage is anything but honorable.
If you want to talk more email me @ s10912001@yahoo.com
And remember this...don't be a jackass...do the next right thing.
May God bless and keep you both
peace

That you would even consider eloping with a minor is proof that you are not mature enough to consider marriage. There are valid reasons that minors cannot marry without parental consent.. she isn't even old enough to sign a contract!
Just be patient.. time will take care of your problem for you! Once she's of age you can do whatever you want... in the meanwhile use the time to get to know her better.. plan your wedding (you might as well have one since no one can stop you at that point!).. plan your future.. and above all don't get her pregnant! That is NOT the way to get parental permission :(
BTW I was married at 17.. WITH consent.. and have just celebrated my 33rd anniversary.. so I'm not saying youthful marriages are wrong.. just wait and do it right :)

Okay, where to start on this one.
First off: In many states you have to be eighteen regardless. However, you can get married IF and only IF you get her parents to sign a parental consent.
Secondly, as a criminal law major I wouldn't recommend venturing into other states to get married. To begin with, you will be asked for an ID there and they'll still know she's under age. Plus, if you cross state lines with a minor it's kidnapping and you are opening the federal government's jurisdiction to punish you if the parents push it.
Your best bet would be to ask for a parent to sign a consent or wait until she's 18.

Even with parental consent, some counties require you to appear before the court as well, before getting married.
She is still a minor so if you are 18 or over, you could get into some trouble yourself, such as statuatory rape. It could also go as far as labelling you as a sexual predator, not only incarcerating you but having you register as a sex offender for the rest of your life. And it doesn't have to be the girl or her parents. Anyone who knows of this could report you.
Crossing state lines could add fuel to the fire, such as possible kidnapping charges.
If I were you, I'd be r-e-a-l careful. Trying to figure out how to get married is the least of your worries.

Not without her parent's consent. And you cant take her out of state without her parent's consent either. You could go to jail for that. If however, her parents are okay with it then you can marry her, but I think that even then she has to be at least 15. Try calling a family law attorney, lots of them give free consultations, and even with her parent's consent, you'll need to go through a couple of legal hoops. Good luck.

There are some states that allow under age marriage. I think the mode in which she leaves is more protected. For example if you take her then your responsible for her. But if she leaves on her own and just meets you at some destination. You didn't take her, she went on her own free will. Technically that is how you have to do it..No one can say you kid napped her or law speculates she went against her will. You always can say she wanted to be with me, she left on her own and met me at a destination.
She can also do it legally if she request from a court to gain adult status. Consult an attorney, a consultation is free.

you have to have parental consent and don't even think about taking her to KY, IL, OH or any other state; you can be charged with kidnapping if you do it without their permission (the parents)
