K- The best you can do right now is exercise as much as possible and try to cut out any high calorie food and DON'T listen to the rude comments that some people leave!!!!and the #1 rule WATER!!!! my Daughter lost 13 pounds in two weeks she ate salads and she stuck to a strict water and exercise routine she even ate a snicker bar one night and still lost.
you can do it !!!!!!make sure you have breakfast my daughter chose oatmeal with sweet and low it made her feel full and she didn't eat after 6:30 pm well i hope you get the answers you want good luck just remember you can do it!!!!!

Well if you want to lose weight, I suggest that you should drink lots and lots of water and green leafy vegetables of your choice this will make you feel full and will help you to drop appetite and inturn, you'll not only lose weight but also your complexion and your skin would be benifited a lot. stick to fruit and salads.no pastries,lollies or chocs.eat grain breads only.plenty of exercise.plenty of water.NO SOFTDRINKS.
