I'm trying to lose 10lbs before May 1

lots of vegies
meat is fine but cut off fat
lots of WATER
no batter
not much bread
no sugar
walk walk walk

Whole grains (complex carbs)
Fresh vegetables and fruits.
Lean meats....FISH.
Raw almonds.
Water.

No simple refined sugars. If you can avoid sugars, you've won 3/4 the battle. This means white flour, white sugar, Sodas, etc...
If your a soda drinker.....big calories from sugar.
Cut that out for a month. I bet your drop in sugar equates to your drop in weight.
Do a test. Put a teaspoon of sugar in a jar for every 6 grams of sugar you eat. Look at it before you go to bed.

natural yoghurt and the obvious vegetables and fruits no white bread rice or pasta you should check out the south beach diet it's got a detox phase which i lost 32 pounds in 6 weeks on

lots of veggies,fruits,and lean red meats for protine,brisk walking,bike riding,roller blading or roller skating.
