Lately I've been extremely stressed, to the point where I've become so irritable that I lash out at people including my friends, its not one thing alone that is the problem, its a collection of fairly big problems, is there any good supplement that will help me lighten up my extreme mood swings? I already exercise, eat healthy and all that stuff, but its just not enough, I'm desperate and loosing my friends and my sex drive is almost non-existant

exercise more maybe swimming will help, ur brain will produce endorphins which is what heroin does to people. But dont do drugs because it'll stop your natural production.but since you say you're doing the basic maybe you need psychiatric help and maybe you suffer from some kind of disorder like bipolar or depression sounds like what i have... :) well good luck its a tough situation. don't be afraid to go to a counselor and a pyschiatrist :)

You got into the vicious cycle and need to break free of that.

Find the causes of stress, try to remove them one by one, if they are within control. First try with the easier stress causers and success will boast your confidence and happiness. If not within your control, asses the situation calmly. No point getting stresses for reason that are beyond your control. Just think of the possible outcome and plan salvage routes. you feel better.

Stress has negative impact on physical drives and not having physical relive also increases stress. Play with toys, if you need to, but don't let it cripple back to stress.

You should ask this same question to the friends that you are losing. It would help the relationship and give you an answer more suited to your needs since they know you better than we do.
