Colon Hydrotherapy, is irrigating or washing out of the colon. It cleanses the entire colon, getting rid of waste, mucus and other contents. Initially you can have weekly sessions for about 4-6 weeks, then monthly if you want. If you are worried about the natural "bowel flora" being affected, yes some of them are washed out , but they soon regenerate. You can also take supplements for this

It's an expensive enema, I blieve. You can get just as good results in taking Perfect 7, an herbal formula for cleansing. Many Americans and obese people do not eat properly. Too much refined white flour (none of us should eat that), sugar, french fries, sodas, alcoholic bevs, etc. That's how people build up too much sludge in their guts and yes they do carry even more around. John Wayne's colon weighed 25 pounds of such sludge so I've heard. I've heard an herbalist say they do not believe enemas / colon hydrotherapies are natural or good for the colon on a regular basis. It's better to eat foods that do it for you like those herbs in Perfect 7! Also, taking acidophilus will help. God bless.

I have tried that. You feel good after they are done, but be sure to go to a good therapist, you don't want them to slip and hurt you. I have tried a few cleanser and I found that Oxy-Powder works the best, and it does a more complete cleanse of the entire colon. It is a capsule and you can take it at home, so you don't need a person to suck the stuff out for you, Its probably less expensive to. there are many ways to cleanse though, I just think oxy-powder is the most effective. cleansing is really good though, you feel like you have allot of energy after your done. Getting the toxins out of your body helps your immune system as well.

No you don't really carry that much waste around. It can make you feel better after having one but it is not something that you really need to have done.
