Its real hard / almost impossible to find a fool proof adult content blocker. Either they just block some stuff, or they block way too much stuff and it interferes in your online surfing for normal pages.
My suggestion is to install an acountability software. It doesn't stop you from going places, it just alerts someone via email of pages that you visited that might have bad content on them. I'm not sure if that's the route that you want to take or not.
