Where I can download a program that enables you to type in words, then it will be read aloud by the software?

For example, I wrote: "Read this aloud" then the computer will speak out that word.

Windows has a text to speech program, but the voice quality is very poor.....I have natural reader, and it is amazing how real the voices are..... If you dont want to buy it, they even have a free version for download.....not sure how the voice quality is on the free version though.....
