I know from experience that having someone hit on you at work can be very awkward. It causes all sorts of hassles and drama which are usually a distraction. I would stick to neutral places where you can get to really know a person without constantly having a boss breathing down your neck.
Call me old fashioned but work is a place to work (and spend time on Yahoo answers) not pick up.
Get involved in community/social groups where you can get to know her as her and not her job...

Anywhere you can in good taste! try making a friend first so you are seen as trustworthy by the woman you desire she will give you the sign when it is OK to flirt with her

I would say it's appropriate to flirt almost anywhere... common sense would rule out 'at her husband's funeral' or 'while she's performing surgery'... but virtually any other social situation should be fine! And work too... unless she's your subordinate.

It relies upon on the lady. some woman will enable a guy understand that she likes him, others will want to enable the guy make the 1st pass. I say purely harm the ice and get it over with and enable the guy understand that your attracted to attending to appreciate them extra advantageous. purely placed it available so which you would be able to throw the ball of their courtroom and you will locate out if the sensation is mutual.
