Never been kissed?

Question

Hello,
I am a 22 year old girl,
and I am also single....
The thing is I haven't found "him" .

For me, kissing is somewhat significant,
as in, "it's not just the kiss, but the meaning behind
it"....
Well, my question is...
when I do find this someone...

Will it matter that I have never been kissed?

Do guys [specifically]
find this weird?

No there is nothing wrong with you waiting society just makes you feel that way. Everything happens for a reason. You waiting for the special guy will just make your first kiss all the more perfect. Plus your 22 and when it happens you will be able to understand the meaning behind it much more greater than you would if you were 15 years old. I am 21 and I have never been kissed but I believe that the right moment will come when I'm ready and I'm not looking for it. I think a guy would find it much more sexy that no one else has touched your lips except him. I hope I was able to help you. Good luck to you.

No it won't matter. If the guy really is "the one" (which after 22 years of waiting I doubt you'd let your first be any guy but "the guy") then he won't care if your inexperienced.
To be honest though I do find it a little strange that you've waited 22 years to share your first kiss with "the one." I agree that kissing is more than just touching lips, it's about the meaning, but can never see myself waiting for "the one" I just want my first to be someone who likes me who I like back. I'm 15 by the way and still waiting.

There's no need for concern. I've only gotten kissed twice in my 17 years of life on this earth. I believe that a kiss needs to have significant feelings and emotions in order for one to be triggered. There's nothing wrong with never having kissed another. Don't worry, you'll find the right guy some day. Just be patient. I have faith in you.

If you don't tell him, I don't think he will even care, or even be able to tell unless you act like you seriously have no idea what you're doing (which I don't think will happen). Just go with everything naturally and act on your instincts and what you feel comfortable with. If you like a guy, try making the first move, and maybe you can see if he was the one. I had my first kiss at 13 and not again until I was 16, so you never know. Good luck! ;-)

It will certainely matter.

There was once a story about a mother that told her children to "save their kisses for the women they married". Because when they kissed their wives, it would be that much more special.

Personal perspective: it really matters. To have never been kissed before, means that you have alot of self control. This makes you a prime selection as a wife and mother.

Wierd? No. The world would be alot better if most girls shared your outlook.

it's not weird, it's sweet. don't stress about it i was as scared as anything when i had my first kiss. I was 17 (27 now) and ended up in a 5 year relationship with the guy. When it happened my knees went week i was shaking and thought i was going to be sick cause i had put such pressure on myself about my first kiss but after about 5 seconds it felt so natural and any insecurities i had were gone. it was perfect.

i got my first kiss at the age of twenty. i was shy and thought i didn't know how to do it the way they kiss on the television. when i finally got a chance to do it i was shocked to see how wonderful i mastered it. i couldn't believe that i was afraid to try it. the moral of the story is that sometimes we worry if we will be able to master a certain skill but when put to the test u find out that it's simple and u wonder why did u worry in the first place. i know that u wanted a view from a guy but trust me it's definately not weird to worry about ur first kiss....good luck

It is somewhat unusual not to have been kissed by your age. That doesn't mean that a guy will think it is weird. If he does, save it for someone who thinks it is sweet. Be careful that this advertisement doesn't come off as a dare to someone who just wants to be the first.

I'm a 19 year old guy who's never been kissed, so we're in the same boat (more or less). No, I don't think it's weird. I'm single, but only really because I've never made a serious attempt to hook up.

I don't find it weird. Actually, even though I've screwd up in the past, I wish I had never kissed or done anything of what I've done cuz I'm still single, n I regret what I've done. sooooo don't worry, it'll be good and sweet. just make sure he's the right guy. God bless!
