At 1000-1500 calories a day.
I weigh at least 320, im 15, about 5'7.
As far as what i am eating, today i had a pack of crackers for lunch which was 220 calories.
then counted the calories on a sandwich that i made and it was 245, so i can do that and keep it under 1000. But from what ive read it's bad for my metabolism, so i should try to get something in for breakfast.
Also my mom suggested taking vitamins.
But i have it all planned out for myself, all i really need to know is how much weight i should lose a month.

First of all you must eat breakfast. Something with protein. Plan to eat 5-6 small meals a day with 200-300 calories each. Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise for 5 days a week. Yes to a multivitamin.
The end result should be a health weight loss of 3 or so pounds per week at least.

Okay, this is in my arena. Typically no more than 2-3 pounds in considered healthy though someone who is LARGER can see greater results without the same complications. In the begiing becaue of your size it isn't unusal to lose larger amounts of weight.
As for your daily routine, I would reccommend that you take a complete vitamain ( not nessacarily to lose weight, but it's good for you). I would say scale back your caloric intake drastically.
Eat more frequent, I have found that in my years of experience the fat count doesn't matter as much as the caloric intake and output. You can eat most fruits and veggies (without dip) without adding too many calories.
Limit the JUNK food or as I call them the buttspread food I always tell my clients that if they get a craving for something wait a couple of days and if the craving is still there take a couple of bites and either chew and spit out (which for people like me who like to eat b/c of the taste, this satisfies me), but there are others who actually feel the need to swallow, that's fine. Moderation is key.
If you drastically scale back your calories but continue to eat all day meaning 5-6 meals ( snack size). Then you should be fine.
As you develop more muscle you have to watch less of what you eat because muscle burns fat.
Do a few crunches, squats, lunges, and other exercises you can do during commercial break ( you will be amazed at what you can lose by exercising a little when you typically live a sedentary lifestyle) while watching TV.
Take a walk after school, join an active activity (like a sports team), start an exercise group with you and your friends that way you all can hold one another accountable.
BTW, take it around 1000-1200 calories and no more. Frequent meals are key b/c your body is trained to protect itself from death. If you are hungry it is too late, a starved body will save everything it can and store as fat ( natures way of protecting you) a body that is fed regularly is okay with burning the extrat calories. That is the reason for frequent meals.
REMEMBER you shouldn't diet it really is a lifestyle change. Takes time and energy and when it comes down to it you aren't doing it for superficial reasons your HEALTH is in jeporady. Keep focused you can do it.
Watch out for the diet pills they only work as long as you use them. People can become addicted to them and I personally know a girl who is now mentally retarded as a result of a diet pill overdose. SAD, sad.

dont calculate these stuffs...
Just keep watch upon the food intake...
Well if you want to lose calories fast, I suggest that you should drink lots and lots of water and green leafy vegetables of your choice this will make you feel full and will help you to drop appetite and inturn, you'll not only lose weight but also your complexion and your skin would be benifited a lot. I also recommend yoga, aerobics or any light exercise you're comfortable with.
Good luck!

Your goal should be to limit your calorie intake to around 1500 calories per day. If you take weight off too quickly it won't tend to stay off and you risk becoming malnourished. You should really consult your doctor of a dietitian for specifics. And you should probably be eating 5 times per day (with daily total consumption of 1500 calories). Combine this diet with an exercise routine. The pounds will come off on their own. Congratulations on starting the process... you'll feel so much better.

You need to eat a good nutitrous breakfast! Stop sweets, pastries, soft drinks (even diet), breads and limit to 6 crackers a day, drink water like it going out of style. When you drink alot of water it will take the fat out of your liver and it makes you go to the bathroom alot. Exercise and walk. If you loose alot of weight fast, you'll gain it back. A lb. or 2 a week is good.

Eat normal! Eat everything you want and more.
It doesn't matter as long as you burn it!
Exercise! RUN! Lift weights! If you can't - STOP eating some foods. Eat more vegetables and listen to your mom - she's right about those vitamins, you know...
