Can think of anything right this minute, but I know there are always new revelations for God to show me. I have not understood things in the past and they have been revealed. All in Gods time!

because i read the bible with an open mind, knowing that the men who copied it could not do so word, for word over so many generations, there are areas that are not as clear as i would like it to be, to me at least.

as for the really clear things, the origin of the universe, the laws of moses (10 commandments) and the road to salvation through Christ are an example.

the references to the dragon, the leviathan and others are not so clear, because i can find no other references to them in the bible, although the leviathan is long believed to be a dinosaur.

perhaps the dinosaurs came first (the evidence convinces even this christian) and they fell short of the Glory of God. or perhaps they attoned and were whisked from this earth to dwell forever in the Kingdom of Heaven.

if you read the bible like reading a science book, then you will find many things cloudy and illogical. But if you read the bible as a christian and with believe that GOD is all powerful, then it makes sense.

Not that I accept it as an authority, but Ive always wondered about other planets and dinosaurs. Please, let me explain. If we are made in God's image, and can survive simply on one planet, why is there any need for more? Why is there Saturn, Uranus (lets all let the joke out okay......1....2...3.... ok now focus back here)? And furthermore what about Dinosaurs? Were they nature's D-student? Did they simply die out because God forgot about them? Why were they here?

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

the bible is a compilation of different peoples views told by thier perceptions of what god told them. it is very hard to understand and seems very unfocused to me. i have listened to many interpretations and you just have to research and try to figure out what you can get from it individually. it helps me to listen or talk with someone about thier interpretations of it. good luck!

Yes, of course. We are reading the Word of God. We do not understand everything God has said or much of what He does. That's why He is God and we aren't.
