I don't know a site but I know one great bait I use in southern wisconsin.

Take a can of regular canned corn. Hook on a few of them tasty kernels and cast that sucker out.

I have had success with this.

i dont know any homemade rcipies, but powerbait and minows work. Rooster tails work!!!
