Maybe try going to a health food store. There are several natural insomnia tablets available like valerian etc. Also getting enough physical excersize and finding ways to slow down your mind like spending more time in nature or learning to meditate. good luck :-)

I think you're having Insomnia. Insomnia is difficulty in falling asleep. Well, this might help and don't worry! It isn't a drug!

Of the various food elements, thiamine or vitamin B is of special significance in the treatment of insomnia. It is vital for strong, healthy nerves. A body starved of thiamine over a long period will be unable to relax and fall asleep naturally. Valuable sources of this vitamin are wholegrain cereals, pulses, and nuts.

So, good luck!

If you are having trouble sleeping it is because your body hasn't had enough daily activity (physical and/or mental). Were you less active today than normal days? Do you have a lot on your mind? Stress is a biggie with not being able to sleep and reading a book, playing a video game, knitting, anything other than THINKING about your stress will tire out your mind. As for sleep aids--kudos to you for not taking them. They are habit forming and once you start them you are on them for life.
