Crest Whitening Strips. Straight up.

oh wow, lets see.........baking soda is great.....Yucky, but its a great whitener.......Diluted peroxide is pretty good too......but make sure you dilute it REALLY good......Ive heard of ppl using it straight for a mouth rinse and it causing "thrush" which is basically a yeast infection of the mouth......crest whitening strips are the BEST! they are a little pricey but they do the job very well and u can go on the net and get a coupon for them......the only bad thing about those are u have to sit with the strips in ur mouth for 20 or 30 min and it taste kinda funny......they have the ones that u can use in a week......i used to ones for two weeks......they are less expensive......u do this twice a day......Crest has out a new rinse that takes off surface stains......its like a mouth wash only u use it before you brush your teeth........and of course u can get them professionally whitened at the dentist but thats a few hundred bucks........if your short on cash and time then the baking soda and whitening rinse along with a whitening toothpaste should help lots........if u can fork out a few bucks I guess its around 25 or 30 the strips will do the job.....if you are a heavy smoker or coffee drinker i would go for the strips and use a whitening toothpaste.........

good luck!

You can use Crest Whitening Strips, they work really well. I also suggest buying n electric tooth brush. This will help naturally whiten your teeth. The best tooth paste for whitening is Crest Vivid White. I use this right after I finish with the strips.

I got my teeth zoom whitened and I paid $595 for that they I got the at home treys with he touch up kit and that was $395.
I got it done in the office and it did look whiter in the office but once I got home I coulden't tell a difference. I was very disappointed. So I called them and told them 2 days later that I was not satified with my results, so I had to go back and they told me to use my entire touch up kit. and I did and stillcould not see a difference, and that had already wanted me to come back again, and he gave me another touch up kit to use. But this time I didn't use it, and I went back again and do you know what they told me??? Oh my gosh that are so white, this last treatment really did good. and they just kept on and n how how much whiter they looked. I said well its a funnt thing how they got so white and they looked at me and said what do you mean. And I said I'm just trying to figure out how they look so much whiter when I didn't even use the kit this kit. I was so mad when i left Which I have white teeth, but I wanted like Anna Nicole movie star white. Needless to say your best option is vaneers that what I'll get in about 20 of so years j/k hahaha. But don't leta a dentist talk you into zoom whiting cause it diden't work for me. And it is all what solely happened to me and is my personal opinion as to my experience with zoom whiting!!!! hope this helps!!!! and good luck

Baking soda. Tastes terrible, but will whiten teeth. Follow up with anything that will get rid of the salty taste of the baking soda. Don't use anything course on your teeth, you'll ruin the enamel and the stains and discoloration will be permanent.
