Not really, you still need good calorie to produce energry for your body to use for your whole day events. Daily 20 minute exercise is good enough, try not to exercise at night, you need oxygen when you exercise. Day time tree and plant produce oxygen and night time they produce CO2.

Doctors say that working out (jogging or other cardiovascular exercises) for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week will help reduce fat. What you're talking about will SERIOUSLY reduce you weight. Double or not baby, you will see the difference.
