I'm trying to talk to this girl and we have went out about three times but just as friends I want to try to get her to be my girl but I don't want to make my move too soon cause
I don't wanna seem thurst. when should I make my move and what should I say

If you have been out at least 3 times then you are past the time to make your move....Ask her now to be your girl if she would like....

Hey man, slow down...you don't give the ages but I seem to think you are young--and you have lots to learn--millions of kids have lots to learn. So first learn that you cannot hurry love--you can get interested and you can try but nothing is promised and there are no sure things--in love or life--so get used to it. Keep trying ---but remember what the gals are ultimately looking for ---or should be looking for--is a mature man who shows self confidence, respect, dignity, courtesy, integrity, is interesting and a good communicator. So now see yourself as she or anyone else sees you. Are your clothes always neat. clean and appropriate for you age?? Are you well groomed???--hair and teeth clean?? Do you talk and act mature---have interesting conversations--have a sense of humor?? Do you show courtesy and respect for those around you??? Do you have some future plans for yourself?? If she is already a friend, keep up the good work---eventually you can talk the committment relationship topic---but don't rush it and don't be a sore loser. Remember that it is a 50/50 chance when you try to take it to a next level. Keep in mind that going up a level will be irreversible---and you may not succeed in time--or she may not be all you anticipated---or you or she will find another to date.
Just relax and have fun--stop worrying about getting serious---just be nice and enjoy what you have---better worry about your personal future first--BEFORE worrying about the women....got a job---in school....car....money?? get my drift, here?? Hey man--be cool and good luck

don't try too go to slow or get ahead of yourself too much. if you guys have gone out a couple of times just as friends then maybe it's time for you guys to get to know eachother a little more and then go out together not just as friends. do this more then once because when you go out with a girl it's not something that happens in a snap after a first real date it takes time then you'll feel secure with yourself to ask her out good luck =o)

Let things move at their natural pace. Spend time together as friends for a while. If she shares your feelings, you'll know soon enough.

Dont rush into it. Get her phone number and talk to her. Get to know her better.
U'd come to a point where u'd find the right time to tell her how u feel.
