No, it's very healthy!! How does your digestive tract feel? Are you often gassy or bloaty???? Vegetable are soooo good for all of us, tho people can overdue it when it comes to i.e., vitamins....They think "the more..the healthier" not true, in fact too much of a vitamin or multi vitamin can be harmful. Have you ever heard of Mannatech??? They are really awesome..They are comprised of vitamins, amino acids, food, etc.....They are known as glyconutritionals------have really helped me. I have been taking them for about 5 years.

I doubt it. There's practically no fat or salt or anything else that gets people in trouble with their diets in what you're eating. As long as you're getting enough protein from beans or other sources, it's probably way healthier than the way the rest of us eat.

Very bad. Your pancreas is being highly stressed to counter excess carbohydrates. Weight gain and especially diabetes are a major concern.

i cant imagine there is, but just make sure you eat a chicken breast or at least some beans as well in order to get enough protein
do you have any good recipes or things you like to add to them? if you do, do you mind sending them to me, as i dont eat as much as i should?

If your a vegetarian and in good health, keep up the good work. People don't realize it but store bought meat is killing us. If people knew what this meat went through they wouldn't buy it!
