If you put yourself down too much, and you've really turned off a girl who use to like you, is there any way to redeem yourself honestly? because saying I'm sorry just makes it seem like you are still downing yourself.

How do you get over disliking yourself if all you have ever known is people treating you badly and putting you down?

Thats pretty much a personal thing..all about self-discovery. Finding that you are better than those people..all the fun stuff like that.
