115 is not fat for someone 5' 3". Just eat sensibly and do walking and / or running. You're already in pretty good shape. Take care and enjoy that baby!

Excess fat?? You said you now weigh 115, and are 5'3"...this is a very healthy weight, probably a bit underweight!
Besides, I can't imagine even the most greedy Plastic Surgeon agreeing to perform surgery for being 10 pounds "overweight". Yikes! I thought you were a new mother, baby needs you to be healthy, not a skeleton!!

What makes you think you are fat? Your body has undergone some pretty serious changes because of the pregnancy. It will never be the same as it was. I cannot believe that you would actually think that you need surgery. Get real. Maybe you should seek someone to talk with about your body image issues. I am sorry to be brutal, but it is unhealthy to think that you are "fat".

At 5'3, that is not excess fat, that is an adult body. Just work out and tone yourself up. 105 is very close to underweight. No doctor would perform surgery on you anyway.

I also couldn't budge my pregnancy weight easily. I found the only way was to walk and walk and walk!

I got a treadmill so no one would see me. Also, baby weight takes longer. Have a chat to your doctor. They might be able to give you something to help you loose weight faster.

Good luck!
