cutting back on calories, eating 4-5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going, no food after 7pm, lots and lots of water, exercising good luck

Well, I don't suggest the route that Anna Nicole went. Get into a weight loss program that will monitor this so you are not hurting your system, doing anything fast will ultimately stress your system.
Apple Cider Vinegar is useful, along with colon hydrotherapy, if you need that, it cleans your intestinal tract which usually carries an average of 2-5 lbs of waste material in your body. Drink lots of water, stay hydrated. These are some places to start. I hope this helps some.

Drink water like crazy, walk and walk til you think your gonna drop. Give up all sugars and sweets, pastries and breads, eat alot of salads and raw fresh vegetables. Good Luck. If you loose weight fast it will easily come back. Its best to loose like a lb. a week.
